PROMOTIONS : Steven made lieutenant

ACTIVITIES : We've made great strides in the foundation of a chapter newsletter and expect the first one this month. We held an online viewing party. Our chief engineer has established a log to keep the chapter informed of changes to our website and our Discord channel. We've also had members of other chapters join our Discord. This has led to increased online communication. We also had a very successful gift exchange over the Christmas holiday.
